Dr Peter Farrage

Peter has lived in Yarm since 1975. After qualifying from Newcastle University, he went to work in Australia and returned in 1999. Peter has always wanted to own his own dental practice and Yarm was his natural choice.

Peter has continued his post graduate studies and has gained a Certificate of Excellence in Restorative Dentistry from St Anne’s Dental Institute in Manchester, completed a year long course in Dental Implantology with the University of Warwick with an additional 12 months training in Dental Cosmetics and Aesthetics. He was the first, and so far only dentist in the region to have achieved full membership of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

In addition, Peter has trained with TV hypnotists Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler, and is a Certified Hypnotic Practitioner and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Peter loves music, and the only thing that prevented him from fame and fortune as a rock ‘n’ roll guitarist was an abject lack of talent. He is the proud dad of his four year old son, Oscar.

Dr Richard Webster

Originally from Leeds, Richard qualified from Newcastle University in 1987 and gained his Postgraduate Diploma in General Dental Practice from The Royal College of Surgeons in 1993. He has been a postgraduate trainer on six occasions and a member of the Local Dental Committee for the last fifteen years. His clinical interest lies in orthodontics (tooth straightening using braces) and general dentistry. He regularly attends international conferences to further his postgraduate experience

He lives locally with his wife Linda and two children, Rebecca and Jonathan. Richard enjoys badminton, tennis and golf in his spare time. He also likes Saabs and, if you are brave enough to ask, he will tell you the specification of each of the upgrades he has put into his old classic.
