Do you open Saturdays or late evenings?

Yes we do! Our normal opening times are:

Wednesday	8.15am - 6.30pm
Thursday	8.15am - 6.30pm
Friday	8.45am - 5.30pm
Saturday	8.45am - 1.00pm

What if I have a dental emergency?

During practice hours, please ring the practice on (01642) 782434 as early as possible in the day. We operate an emergency appointment system from 12.30pm – 1.00pm every day. We will endeavour to see emergencies during these times. Outside of normal opening hours, please call the practice on (01642) 782434 and the answer-phone will give you further instructions.

Is prevention better than cure?

Undoubtedly! Our practice is dedicated to prevention or oral health diseases. We aim to diagnose any problems before they become troublesome, so therefore it is very important that you attend the practice and visit the dentist and hygienist regularly. Working together we can achieve long term oral health.

How do I change my appointment?

If you are unable to attend or need to change your appointment, 24 hours notice is required to avoid a charge for unused surgery time. Please respect our appointment policy, as this enables us to offer everyone the most convenient time possible. Also, make sure you allow enough time to negotiate the traffic and park your car. The road through the High Street is notorious! Setting off in plenty of time will allow you to attend your appointment promptly.

Do you have easy payment options?

Payment can be made by cash, cheque with a guarantee card or a credit card. We also offer a practice plan that enables you to spread the cost of your regular treatment. For treatment over £250 we offer a 0% interest easy payment option, subject to the usual terms and conditions. Please ask for details.
