I initially contacted Enhance Dental Care after reading an article in the gossip magazine, which featured teeth whitening. Since I was young my teeth have been chipped, discolored and crooked and I really couldn't smile without feeling self-conscious. I also had a terrible fear of dentists, again stemmed from childhood, so plucking up the courage just to make the phone call took a great deal of effort.

During the phone call I spoke to Peter Farrage who invited me to the surgery for a chat and although I was apprehensive when I arrived at the surgery, all the staff were very friendly and my fears eased. Peter took the time to explain what could be done with whitening, and as I looked through the various photographs of the work he'd done I was impressed with the results of veneer straightening and what could be achieved. So, I made the decision to have both whitening and veneers done and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made.

Of course I was extremely nervous and kept thinking “Am I doing the right thing?”, but the procedures weren't lengthy or painful and I am so very pleased with the results. It is taking a little time to stop feeling self-conscious about my smile as old habits are hard to break, but people have commented how nice my teeth look and what a difference they make. A very close friend who is somewhat of a perfectionist even said how natural they look. And, they are very impressed. Which I think speaks volumes.

Needless to say I would thoroughly recommend a dental makeover to anyone without hesitation.

I would like to thank you for dealing with the above so painlessly and quickly.

Previously I have had two root fillings done which each took over 6 weeks of treatment with temporary fillings and much discomfort.

With your state of the art equipment the infection was dealt with and the tooth crowned with 2 visits and it could have been done in one without the other filling. I also very much appreciated the way in which you explained what was happening as it was done.

I have had treatment in the USA, Spain and France where I have lived over the years and none have offered this level of care and treatment.

I was, as are many clients of Enhance, recommended by a friend and colleague.

Even so I was immediately impressed with the warm friendly greeting when I entered reception.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

They arranged for me to see Dr. Peter Farrage and I explained that whereas I would love to have a ‘better smile’ my teeth were probably beyond cosmetic skills of anyone.

Peter, however, advised that with veneers that would create not only a ‘white smile’ but straight teeth ‘effect’ there was indeed every possibility for me.

Throughout Peter was patient and relaxed about my decision which I deferred until finally agreeing to go ahead.

A testament of the superb skills of Peter Farrage (Dentist)

I was a person like many others who had an almost pathological fear of having to visit a dental practice. It was toothache that made me visit Enhance Dental Care where to my joy I found it to be a place of no pain even though an extraction and a number of fillings ( all caused by my neglect) but was friendly and cordial we even had a laugh.

It is a place I can testify that I can now visit without fear, which is something I would never have believed.

I am so grateful for the kind and considerate way in which my treatment has been undertaken.

At each stage Mr. Farrage explained what was about to happen and I was able to be fully relaxed throughout. I can honestly say I felt no pain or even discomfort from the first moment of the dreaded ‘needle’ which I didn’t feel being administered until the end of the treatment. The result is a perfect crown which doesn’t look like a crown, but one of my own teeth. This course if treatment was my first dental experience in 20 years and I am over the moon with the results. I’ve had 7 extractions, 3 fillings, teeth built up on the bottom and a top denture.

I appreciated late night appointments and also the Saturdays. All in all I am really very pleased with the appearance.

For a long period of time I have been unhappy with my teeth and quite obviously my smile which I thought let me down at times and affected my confidence. So when Enhance Dental Care was recommended to me I decided to go along for an informal chat to see what kind of treatment was available. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome and comfortable which continued throughout my treatment. I was given a full and practical rundown of the treatment that would work for me and also shown photographs that illustrated the improvements that were possible.

I decided to go ahead with the treatment that both Peter and I had agreed on which included having veneers fitted to my upper front teeth and some rebuilding of my lower teeth. The treatment went completely to plan in a smooth painless process from start to finish and the results were fantastic!

This is my first experience of the new technology and I really enjoyed the experience – Cerec procedure.

The treatment took 1 ¾ hours but felt like only half the time.
